Just dug out your business card when I found the Rolex Race on Speed Channel and realized y'all would probably be at the race. Wow, what a journey I found on your web site. Have missed your quiet neighborliness. Husband and wife next door are nice folks with 3 wiener dogs. So coco, gran-dog, {Darren's Squirrel on a String :-)}, is having aggression issues with them (growls and barks at them). Coco still likes to cruise the woods hoping to chase-up the deer once in a while. The guy next door smokes heavily outside and has a terrible cough. He has emptied your office/basement area and turned it into a "Man-Cave". He is a house painter by trade with his adult son and a couple helpers. They are contracted by a rental management group. Bonnie, Steve's wife, is very quiet and nice, She works and cares for the dogs. A couple are rescue dogs. Only issue is Steve likes to "Crank-up" Jazz Percussion-type music. We feel the beat a lot, but he turns it down at sleep-time. They were ecstatic with the patio you had built. They had been renting residence-type apartments. They are renting the house.
