Our plan was to only drive as far as Dallas, and began looking for a place to stop just before we reached the city. Darren was using all our internet resources to find a place as I was driving through the city. We did find one spot to try, but realized it was north of the city and very much out of our way. By the time we became fed up with looking we had already driven through the city. So as an impulse move, we decided to keep on driving to Austin. I am sure that there are great places to stop in and around Dallas, we just didn’t seem to come up with any.
