This morning we began our trip from the Atlantic to the Pacific. We drove into Ocean City, MD just so we could start from the Atlantic proper. We are now camped at a Service Area on the Ohio Turnpike (for $20 you can have electrical hookups) it was a hard day of driving and I am exhausted. It doesn’t look as if that will be changing anytime soon. The math says if we are to get to Monterey by Wednesday, we will have to average about 5 hours of driving per day. Hope it’s worth it.
