Grilled Kale and Salami Pizza

Yesterday was a beauty day, so we decided to make a pizza on our grill. Its a kale, salami, onion, roasted red pepper and fresh mozzerella pie. The oak fire added a rustic flavor to the crust. One of the best pies we have ever eaten. This image is the final product. The entire process can be viewed HERE
